QTI Background

QTI Background

  • New Decade of Quality Responsibility (QR)

Industrial Revolution, Quality Goals and Quality Strategy

  • Quality 2.0 - Loyalty based on quality is verified

  • Quality 3.0 - The affect of FQ(Function Quality) and SQ(Service Quality) on loyalty seems decreasing

  • Quality 4.0 – PQ(Platform Quality) is most likely to be emphasized

  • Quality 4.0: Qualitrust: New Role of Platform Quality

In the era of Quality Reliability (QR), which is the main concept of Quality Management in the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to research and develop a new index that can objectively represent quality competitiveness in the future of open quality. So, we are trying to develop the Quality Trust Index (QTI) as the new index.

QTI aims to share the quality trust level of Asian countries and to establish a roadmap for continued development of the quality trust. The quality trust includes the concept of intrinsic quality and responsibility of a company and the QTI combines the company’s data related with the growth, responsibility and trust. The evaluation of QTI is conducted annually and developed by measuring and analyzing manufacturing and service companies in ANQ members’ countries/regions.
